Imprinted Bead Store offers the following Returns Policy: All returns must be authorized via e-mail in advance. We will give a cash refund on the cost of the items. We do not refund the cost of postage either way. You may return items for any reason within 7 days of purchase. We offer free shipping on orders shipped to the continental US. All international & Canadian shipments will require customer paid postage. Please contact us for freight charges.
